Shaw Floors | ShawNow Overview & How-To

Recently, Shaw Floors launched “ShawNow” which is a new destination website for flooring retailers. Our team was selected to produce multiple video programs for this initiative that replaces two previous websites (Shawonline.com & Shawadvantage.com), and centralizes Shaw Flooring account related tools for their flooring retailers. One of the programs we produced is an Overview program that explains the value and purpose of the new website. The remaining programs are a series of short “How-To” segments designed for online use and serve the purpose of walking flooring retailers through using each of ShawNow’s site components and tools. These include programs like How to Personalize Your Dashboard, E-pay (for invoices), Using MyShaw Reports and Navigating Reserve and Order.
